Col Crall of the Army Corps of Engineers. Berlin Lake is one of the man-made lakes Col Crall oversees.

Some of our friends (and host team), Carroll County Search and Rescue. Not only are they amateur ham radio operators, Rick (pictured below at the tailgate of his truck) is also a storm chaser.
